This information describes how BLP Better Life Products GmbH ("we") processes your personal data.

All data you provide to us when you enter into a contract with us or make an inquiry to us (e.g. regarding purchase, distribution channels, use of our products, product information) will be used by us exclusively for those purposes that are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the response to your inquiry, unless you have given your consent for further data processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR).

Only if you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we will also use your data that you provide to us with this consent for other purposes, such as sending newsletters etc; the exact purpose of use is stated in the respective declaration of consent. You can revoke your consent at any time, but please note that even after revocation, all data processing that is necessary for the fulfillment of contracts or legal obligations may continue to be carried out by us.

In any case, we will store your data for as long as legal retention obligations exist or limitation periods for potential legal claims have not yet expired.

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on the users' computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website (without the users' IP address) will be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. The third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, since without the IP address they could not send the content to their browser. The IP address is thus necessary for the display of this content.

We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address solely to deliver the content. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. We maintain online presences within social networks such as Facebook, [please insert all networks on which Apomedica is represented, possibly Instagram, Pinterest, etc.], to be able to communicate with customers, interested parties, and users active there and inform them about our services. All of these services are either registered under the EU-US Privacy Shield or are based in the EU and are therefore bound by the rules of the GDPR.

In general, these social networks process their users' data for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage behavior and resulting user interests can be used to create usage profiles. The usage profiles can in turn be used to display advertisements within and outside of social networks that presumably correspond to users' interests.
